His prior experience includes critical leadership roles at The Boeing Company and Pratt & Whitney (RTX), where he managed complex supply chains and ensured adherence to the most stringent quality standards.

prior experience includes a decade as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and seven years as the Director of Competitive Intelligence at General Dynamics, giving her a profound understanding of what it takes to win in the federal marketplace.

Marcus Cole, PMP

Marcus is a master systems thinker and certified PMP with 25 years of experience bridging the gap between abstract requirements and tangible, executable solutions. He is an expert at deconstructing complex government needs and translating them into detailed Work Breakdown Structures, staffing plans, and feasible project schedules. His career includes serving as a Senior Program Manager at Northrop Grumman and a Solutions Architect at Leidos, giving him hands-on experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the design and delivery of complex systems for federal clients.

Annelise Thorne, Esq., CFCM

Annelise is the authoritative voice of reason who ensures flawless compliance and safeguards our company and clients from unseen liabilities. A Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) with a Juris Doctor, she possesses an insider’s understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) from her direct experience as a Contracting Officer for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Her meticulous approach to risk analysis and proposal auditing ensures that our solutions are not only innovative but built on an unshakeable foundation of compliance.

Dr. Elias “Scout” Vance

Julian is our master storyteller, with an innate ability to translate complex technical solutions and dry compliance requirements into compelling, winning proposal narratives that resonate with government evaluators. He mastered the art of persuasive writing as a Lead Proposal Writer at Shipley Associates and developed a powerful, clear writing style, translating complex technology for WIRED Magazine. With a Communications M.A. from Northwestern’s prestigious Medill School.
